This is a great committee for Members who want to be actively engaged in helping to bring essential businesses/companies to the City of Doraville. Committee Members will create a list of essential viable services that are needed, discuss options and proactively extend invitations to companies seeking new markets to establish or expand their businesses.

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

Research, analyze and advocate for programs and policies that impact the business climate. Engage and collaborate with government on a local and
county level. Represent chamber members with the goal of achieving the policy objectives of Doraville Chamber of Commerce in many areas including:

  • Economic Development

  • Compliance

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Education and Technology

  • Environment

  • Health and Wellness

  • Transportation and Tourism
