FABRICATOR:

Wage is $24-$30 per hour based on number of years in sign business

Hourly/Non-Exempt. Reports to the Production Manager

Responsible for assembling finished products using tools, machines, and their own hands. Fabricates various types of products. 

​

SIGN PAINTER

Wage is $20-$26 per hour based on experience

Hourly/non-exempt.  Reports to the Production Manager. 

Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, and coordinating painting projects.

​

GENERAL LABORER

Wage is $16-$18 per hour based on experience

Reports to Production Manager and Shop Foreman.

General Laborers perform manual duties set out by supervisors. General Laborers' responsibilities include working with power tools, maintaining a clean work environment and receiving goods. These duties may include assisting with extra workload, covering absences and vacations, and supplementing crews to meet unusual changes in the production.

The first of the month after 60 days of employment:

World Wide Sign Systems Inc. pays the premiums for $25,000.00 Term Life on our employees, $5,000.00 term Life for spouses and $2,000.00 Term Life for dependents over 6 months of age. World Wide Sign Systems Inc. pays for a short-term disability plan with a weekly benefit of $250.00 on its employees as well.

 

World Wide Sign Systems Inc. has a generous vacation package 5 days after your 60-day waiting period and then 10 days on your first anniversary, as well as 6 paid holidays during the year. PTO increases as your tenure increases.

 

World Wide Sign Systems Inc. currently offers group health insurance through WPS, voluntary Dental and Vision through Delta Dental and voluntary life and disability (Long and Short Term polices available) insurances through Mutual of Omaha as well as voluntary accident and critical illness through AFLAC. 

 

World Wide Sign Systems Inc. contributes 80% of the base health insurance plan ($3,000.00 deductible plan) for all full-time employees regardless of the election they choose. 

 

World Wide Sign Systems Inc. matches ½% for each 1% the employee contributes to his/her 401k plan up to a 6% employee contribution. Total possible company match is 3%.
