WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH LUNCHEON
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Women’s History Month Luncheon. It was truly a memorable and inspiring afternoon! We were honored to hear from our incredible guest speakers, Montez Diamond and Dr. Karla Hylton Dixon, who shared powerful insights and meaningful messages that resonated with all in attendance.
We were also proud to recognize this year’s outstanding Woman of the Year nominees: Noel Stogsdill, Board Member at Doraville Art; Kimberly Henshaw, President & Secretary of the Northwoods Area Neighborhood Association; and Mary Coggins, Organizer & Treasurer of Doraville Senior Citizens in Need LLC. Congratulations to Mary Coggins, who was honored as our Woman of the Year for her dedicated service to the community and her support of the Doraville Police Department.
A special thank you to Kissable Arrangements & Events for providing a wonderful luncheon experience. We are grateful to everyone who attended and helped us celebrate the incredible women making a difference in Doraville!

Thank You for Helping Us Give & Get Thanks!
Thanks to your generosity, the Doraville Chamber of Commerce was able to provide pre-packaged holiday meals to local families in need! Meals were distributed at Tapestry Public Charter School right here in Doraville, bringing warmth and cheer to our community this season. Together, we raised $600 and made a real impact — thank you for helping us share the spirit of gratitude!

The 2025 Business & Networking Expo at the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Dunwoody was another unforgettable event! Our members and guests rubbed elbows and networked with state and city officials and local business influencers. Guests heard from an incredible lineup of speakers, including Keynote Speaker State Representative Long Tran, alongside presentations from Doraville Mayor Joseph Geierman, Dr. Leroy Carson, Jr. of Oglethorpe University, and the Salvation Army.
March Women's History Month Luncheon
Our 2025 Women’s History Month Luncheon was a powerful celebration of leadership, connection, and inspiration! Held at the beautiful Nexus Venue in Doraville, attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch and uplifting atmosphere as we honored the achievements of women in business and beyond. The highlight of the event was hearing from our keynote speaker, Jonetta Patton, CEO/President of J Pat Management, who shared her remarkable journey and impactful insights on leadership and success. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable afternoon of empowerment and community!
February 2025 General Body Meeting
Our February General Body Meeting, hosted by Atlanta Brand Central, was a fantastic success! We’re grateful for the strong turnout and the generous support for the Doraville United Elementary School Coat Drive — thanks to your kindness, we collected a large number of coats to help keep local students warm this winter. The event also highlighted and celebrated Black-owned businesses in our community, and we’re thankful for their continued membership and contributions. It was a powerful day of networking, giving back, and lifting one another up in business and community.
2024 Chamber Cheers Holiday Event
Lumen Doraville hosted our annual members-only Chamber Cheers event. Everyone enjoyed an amazing evening of networking, karaoke, and camaraderie, in a laid-back, fun-filled setting. Members enjoyed good food and made lasting memories.
2nd Annual Business Expo & Networking Luncheon
Wow! What an incredible day at the 2nd Annual Business & Networking Expo! The event was a huge success, with businesses from all over coming together to showcase their services, build connections, and share ideas. We are beyond grateful to our keynote speaker, Lorraine Cochran-Johnson, our sponsors: City of Doraville, Assembly Atlanta, and Halpern Enterprises, Inc., and our host location: Hotel Spice & Sky. Thanks to our exhibitors and attendees for making it such a remarkable experience.
